Easy Run

Just took it easy today and ran 3 miles followed by plyometric training for my lower half.  I'll still have to do upper body tomorrow, just ran out of time today.

yes you do! It's just the technical term for what Holly has us do sometimes in class when we jump to do things; jump squats, jump lunges, stuff like that. I found a list of drills using plyometrics to try for fun for a few weeks.
