I have found good doctors around me, but it hard to get an appointment sometime, and they always seem like they have a ton of things going on. <br /><br />Good luck on your marathon! Sounds like you might be a little underprepared, but all you can do is to pace it out correctly and see how your body performs on raceday. If so I am having to put mine back on and going between the vff's and running shoes. It is always something. I've started to have pain around my ankle. I really think I just ran to many miles to fast in my vff's. So going to rotate between the to so my ankle can get a little stronger.
